【 Individual Resume】
Entered the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2000 and obtained bachelor's degree in 2004. In 2010, obtained his doctor's degree in the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Master's and doctoral projects are all about the whole process preparation of electrical steel and related principles. In 2010, joined the Institute of Metallurgical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. In 2010, it was supported by the Young Teachers Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, and in 2011, it was supported by the Young Talents Research Fund of the University of Science and Technology Beijing. In 2015, he joined the Collaborative Innovation Center of steel generic Technology. From September 2018 to August 2020, appointed by the Organization Department as "Science and Technology Town Chief" in Xishan District, Wuxi City. In August 2020, he won the "Outstanding Temporary Cadre of Jiangsu Province" award and the "First batch of Double Recruitment and Double Citation Awards for Xishan Talents" in Xishan District, Wuxi City.
From 2016 to 2017, he was invited to the University of North Texas in the United States as a visiting scholar, engaged in electrical steel texture evolution and precipitate simulation calculation and other related fields of research. Published more than 70 papers, "Materials engineering" and "Journal of Aeronautical materials" and other 6 EI and core journals of young editorial board, won the provincial and ministerial science and technology progress prize 1. In 2021 and 2022, Deputy Director of the Evaluation Committee of "Xiaoping Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory" of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.
